HOW DO I USE MY STRETCH MARK VANISHING CREAM?

We recommend you apply your stretch mark vanishing cream right after your showers twice a day. Apply for at least 3 weeks to ensure enough time to see results. DO NOT miss a day of applying your cream, consistency is key

Be sure to do a 24 hour patch test as well to ensure there are no allergies.

PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO A SHORTAGE OF WORKERS, THERE ARE CURRENTLY COUNTRY-WIDE SHIPPING DELAYS AND, PER USPS, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE SHIPPING TIMES. 

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via priority mail 2-5 business day shipping. Meaning you should get your cream within 4-8 business days!

WHAT'S YOUR REFUND POLICY?

We have a 100% money-back-guarantee for 180 days after your purchase. If you are not happy with your results, contact us at hello@islandbeautysecrets.com and we will assist you in processing your return and getting your money back.


Please note, the order must be received back within the 180 day window, or proof of the return in transit must be provided. 

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at the time of checkout. Please make every attempt to check your address before submitting your order. We cannot guarantee requests to update shipping address will be processed in time.  If your order was shipped to an inaccurate or invalid address we cannot reship or replace it until the item has been returned to our warehouse. If Island Beauty Secrets reships your order you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Additionally, orders that have been shipped out cannot be cancelled or refunded while still in transit. Refunds can only be processed after an order is returned to us by the customer. 

MY ORDER WAS STOLEN/LOST

If delivery has been confirmed for your package via the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for the acceptance of your order at that point, as we have fulfilled our due diligence. However we will still do everything in our power to make sure you get your product!

Please note, tracking notifications are not 100% accurate in their timing….. So you may want to give it a few extra days or so to show up. If it still doesn't arrive, please check any other places that accept delivery in your neighborhood, or with neighbors.

As a final step, we ask that you contact your local post office for information regarding this order. Once this final step has been taken, and if still nothing is located; we ask that you file a claim and we will be happy to send you a replacement order ASAP.
